Desktop Support Technician

Job Description

We have a need for a Desktop Support Technician for a 3-6 month opportunity with the possibility of going direct with our customer located in Cambridge MA. We need a reliable person who has a great personality to provide daily support of both hardware and software. The hardware in place are all Desktops and Laptops with some minimum Tablets, as well as software support in a Microsoft Windows XP/Windows 7 Environment.

Qualifications: Must have a clean criminal background and be able to pass a drug background check A+ certification IS A MUST 3+ years experience working in the IT Field Solid background troubleshooting hardware (Desktops and Laptops) Solid background with software troubleshooting (Windows XP and Windows 7) Any MAC background a big plus Any imaging background is a big plus Must be able to work with minimum supervision Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints a must.
