-Performs clerical and customer service functions required to service the needs of the patient, providers and organization.
-Serves as a liaison between patients, nurses, physicians, and others.
-Provides a standard of excellence as it relates to customer service for patients and other customers.
-Maintains patient scheduling and sets patient appointments.
-Answers large call volume of 100+ calls per day in a call center environment
-bi-lingual is a plus
Hours- M-F, 8am-5pm
-Must have perfect attendance for the first 4 months.
