Job Description

Role: We have a need for (3) Help Desk Administrators for a month to month opportunity located in downtown Chicago IL. The positions will start in the immediate future. This opportunity can absolutely go long term and the customer basis that determination on overall performance and budget. The position is to provide over the troubleshooting support of both hardware and software internal and external user issues. The hardware support will be on Desktops, Laptops and Tablets while the software support will be troubleshooting issues in a Windows based environment. We need people with excellent communication skills and can perform over the phone support. This is 100% phone support so if you are seeking hands on this position is not for you

Qualifications:

-
Must be able to pass a drug and criminal background check

2-3 years experience working in the IT Field


-
1-2 years Help Desk background


-
2-3 years experience providing hardware support on desktops, laptops, tablets and printers


-
2-3 years experience providing software support on Windows based platforms such as XP and Windows 7


-
Must have deployment, migration and refresh backgrounds on hardware and software


-
Must have excellent customer service and CLEAR communication skills.
