Job Description

Responsible for all shipping and receiving duties.


Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.


Plans pickup and delivery schedules for truck drivers.


Obtain freight rates for Sales Partners and shipments going out daily.


Determine shipping method for materials based on costs & efficiency.


Prepare items for shipment including; assembling, packing, labeling, loading.


Properly receive materials including verifying accuracy, labeling & storing.


Notifies proper personnel when packages arrive addressed to a specific person. 


Prepares parcels for mailing/UPS.


Preparing warehouse for cycle counts and inventory.


Keeping the warehouse & office area organized and clean.


Properly maintains forklift and calls for service when needed.


Provides assistance to other employees as need dictates and time permits.


Customer service/order entry as required.


Light clerical, filing, labeling, assisting with phones.


Completes special projects/tasks assigned by the Branch Manager, Service Manager, and Vice President of Sales.

Job Requirements

Working with brake pads, brake shoes and axles for semi trucks and RVs.
