Job Description


A dynamic industrial firm based in Darien is seeks a Project Coordinator to join their team! The Project Coordinator will assist the development of marketing, business development and collateral materials as well as communications and public relations initiatives. The Project Coordinator must have a minimum of 2 ears of experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism (or related discipline) is preferred.

Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

  • Assist the Marketing and Business development team
  • Writing and composition of proposals
  • Developing graphics for marketing collateral
  • Work within Adobe InDesign to create company mailings
  • Run reports for team and present accordingly
  • Other administrative tasks as needed


Job Requirements



Requirements of the Project Coordinator:

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Bachelors Degree required, Journalism background preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
