1-800-PetMeds, America's Largest Pet Pharmacy is looking for enthusiastic, energetic Customer Care Representatives to grow with our Company! This is our inbound call center where you will be communicating with our customers by email, live web chat or telephone, and assisting them with existing orders for their pets’ medications. Our ideal representative is outgoing, dependable and detail oriented. In addition to excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills, candidates must successfully pass a typing test with minimum score of 35WPM. While certainly not a requirement, we find that some of our best representatives are pet-parents themselves (or even existing customers) so this could be a perfect match for the right candidate!
We are currently recruiting for evening (4:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.), and weekend shifts, and required training is anticipated to begin in early Marchy.
