Part Time Admin / Customer Service Representative

Columbus, OH

$11.00 – $14.00 per hour, DOE

Daytime, Evening, and Weekend Hours Available!

Are you looking for supplemental income? Dawson’s Columbus based client is looking for Administrative and Customer Service professionals to work up to 25 hours per week, assisting with everything from answering phones, to data entry, to office organization. This role is available in 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts—perfect for full time students or currently employed individuals in need of extra wages! Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain current account information via data entry
  • Complete filing, organization, and general maintenance of office environment
  • Assist managers with projects as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Bright, welcoming demeanor
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good computer skills – Microsoft Office
