Job Description

We are currently looking for a Representative (Trainee up to Senior) in our Operations Support Service Department. The purpose of this job is to handle incoming and outgoing policyholder, agent, and associate correspondence. This position is also responsible for assisting in prioritizing daily work to ensure that service level agreements are met; handling mail runs, special errands and executives requests timely and accurately. This position can also be a subject matter expert on some projects and assists on all departments’ special needs.

Job Requirements

Candidates for this position will have a good knowledge of letter generating systems and all correspondence functions. They need to have a basic understanding of workflow systems, software applications and Microsoft Outlook. This candidate will need to have the ability to multi-task, good organizational skills, basic knowledge of mail machines/inserters and have an ability to handle repetitive work. The candidate must be comfortable in communicating with all levels of the company and recognize when changes or problems occur.
