Base Pay (No Draw) plus Commission  structure and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401K retirement savings plan, PTO, Paid Holidays. ***Top Performers are Top Earners ($10,000-$25,000 monthly)***

Successful Candidates:

Ability to get licensed in multiple states (full background/credit check)
Desire to work in a fast paced, high energy environment
Motivated to provide the highest level of integrity and customer service
Strong ability to educate, qualify and gain customers commitment
Successful track record in phone-based relationship building sales
Committed to the highest levels compliance, professionalism and ethical standards
Ability to manage lead pipeline for maximum customer contact
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills
