HR Business Partner Jackson MS area!!

Key position with large attractive corporation
- MUST BE PROMOTABLE TO DIRECTOR LEVEL POSITION IN VERY NEAR FUTURE
- Must be comfortable dealing with the executive team and be a contributing member on issues dealing with human resource and benefits issues.
- Requires superior verbal and written skills, the ability to make formal presentations, and a polished executive presence.
- Must have an understanding of labor and employment laws and have a good grasp of insurance and benefit programs.
- This position will have heavy interface with plant floor hourly employees across multiple sites in various types of manufacturing settings.  Travel will be required, ranging from 20-40% travel some months.  Some travel is in and out the same day, other trips will be overnight trips to facilities.
- Must be able to deal effectively with, and serve as a resource to, managers across the country on all matters concerning labor/employment/recruiting/human resource issues.
- Should be comfortable recruiting people for very senior level positions.
- A four-year degree is required, along with a stable work history and 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources. 
- Client strongly prefers someone from the Deep South area.
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.   Stable work history is a must
