LaSalle Network is searching for a talented and driven Customer Service and Collections Representative - for a growing financial services company just west of downtown Chicago. The Customer Service and Collections Representative position is a fantastic opportunity for a sharp individual who is looking for advancement with a thriving, entrepreneurial company.


As a Customer Service and Collections Representative you will be responsible for corresponding with customers currently in delinquent status and assisting them resolve their debt. If you have a solid work history, a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding performance goals, and are looking for an opportunity with a growing organization, please keep reading!

Customer Service and Collections Representative Responsibilities:

  • Place a high volume of outbound calls, receive inbound calls and/or correspond via email with delinquent customers

  • Provide customers with repayment and resolution options for their accounts

  • Participate in one on one meetings, team meetings, and coaching and counseling sessions as needed

Job Requirements

Customer Service and Collections Representative Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years within a high volume collections environment

  • High school diploma required, completed higher education strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office, data entry, internet)

  • Proven success in a performance based culture

  • Flexible with the ability to quickly adapt to change

  • Proven ability to thrive in a critical thinking environment
