Experienced Resident Services (Customer Service) Agent: Property Management

We are currently seeking candidates for a full time experienced Resident Services Agent to work from our Elk Grove Village office.

Prior experience as a customer service representative in a fast paced call center is a plus.  This position provides direct assistance to Association homeowner clients, and ensures that their concerns and requests are documented and satisfied.  This position interacts with both external and internal clients. Duties include, but not limited to, provide outstanding customer service support on the phone, in person, or by other electronic means; provide accurate information in a timely manner; follow up with callers to answer requests; execute calls within a reasonable time frame. This position interacts with a diverse group of external callers, visitors, and vendors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.

Job Requirements

 

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to homeowners through each service call.
  • Exhibit patience and empathy with the customer at all times
  • Ensure prompt follow up and completion of each call by keeping a written account of the information provided.
  • Utilizes all avenues available in the department to resolve all call inquiries, problems and requests.
  • Executes  each client call within a reasonable time frame while establishing the immediate action required in completing the task at hand.
  • Uses the systems such as the proprietary STAR, eSTAR, and other systems provided by Lieberman Management Services as a tool to input, locate, and interpret information in order to best serve the client’s needs.
  • Continually builds relationships with co-workers and clients by gaining trust with honesty and fairness.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Be comfortable working in a very fast paced, busy environment
