Experienced Resident Services (Customer Service) Agent: Property Management

We are currently seeking candidates for a full time experienced Resident Services Agent to work from our Elk Grove Village corporate office location.  

This experienced agent will be talking to home owners, primarily on the phone, but occasionally in person, and providing them information and handling their work order requests. This is a fast paced environment where your professionalism and positive attitude are a real plus. Qualified candidates may also assist the department manager with mentoring new staff. Great opportunities for advancement in the Property Management field.

Resident Service Agents ensure that Association members concerns and requests are  satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled.   This person will report to Director of Resident Services, and  have great verbal and written communications skills.  This position requires an individual who can thrive in a very fast paced environment, with a great attention to detail.

Job Requirements

 

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to homeowners through each service call.
  • Exhibit patience and empathy with the customer at all times
  • Ensure prompt follow up and completion of each call by keeping a written account of the information provided.
  • Utilizes all avenues available in the department to resolve all call inquiries, problems and requests.
  • Executes  each client call within a reasonable time frame while establishing the immediate action required in completing the task at hand.
  • Uses the systems such as the proprietary STAR, eSTAR, and other systems provided by Lieberman Management Services as a tool to input, locate, and interpret information in order to best serve the client’s needs.
  • Continually builds relationships with co-workers and clients by gaining trust with honesty and fairness.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Be comfortable working in a very fast paced, busy environment
