POSITION: 6440 Service Operations Specialist – Mooresville, NC

JOB TYPE: Contract
CONTRACT DURATION: 1 year renewable
COMPENSATION: $18 - $20 per hour
ESTIMATED START DATE: 1/4/15
The Services Operations Specialist (SOS) is responsible for providing end-user support in a corporate environment with the most important factor being customer satisfaction with the support the SOS provides. In addition, the SOS will provide support for corporate users at an executive level, requiring a unique set of customer skills to bring the highest satisfaction required for this level of end-user. The SOS position is responsible for setting up, coordinating, and monitoring the operation of all printer equipment at the customer’s corporate locations. The following are requirements for the SOS position: • Strong customer service skills with at least one year proven track record in this area • Polished professional with a dynamic personality for customer support • Strong ability to provide support through one-on-one interaction with users • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate to executive level users • Experience with end-user training, both one-on-one and in groups • Ability to use MS Word and Excel • Ability to lift and/or carry equipment that may weigh up to 50 lbs The following are not required for the SOS position but will be helpful skills to have: • Experience with deployment and setup of Lexmark or similar printers • Familiarity with network protocols and configurations • Familiarity with Windows AD printer queue setup and configuration • Skill with setup and configuration of print drivers • Experience with troubleshooting printer/MFP issues and ability to perform break-fix • Knowledge of inventory control, management, and reconciliation • Ability around document writing such as self-help files
