Fairway Village is an American Senior Communities' facility located in Indianapolis, Indiana!  American Senior Communities has been providing senior healthcare to fellow Hoosiers for over a decade!

Currently accepting applicants for:
Business Office Manager

Provides leadership over the financial duties of the facility including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits administration, and resident trust. Oversees transmission of all Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, VA billings, and private statements. Manages resident and employee files to ensure proper procedures are followed in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare systems and processes
  • LTC Experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be highly detail oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and organize accordingly.
