This well known, respected company located near Easton needs to hire a new associates. Responsibilities will include taking and processing orders from the sales team, insure that all information is accurate, then submit orders to vendors, confirm with the vendors that orders and art has been received and establish a proof date, receive proofs and acknowledgements received from vendors, forward factory proofs to customers for review and approval then give the vendor the green light to produce the items. Track and confirm shipments to the customers insuring that they received everything ordered. This is a fun, team environment where everyone works together for a common goal. The company is expanding rapidly so there is a lot of opportunity for growth. To qualify you will need some office experience, good computer skills (Word and Excel) and a positive, “can do” attitude.
