and Intervention Response (FAIR) Program
FAIR program works in partnership with the Division of Family Services (DFS)
providing support for families with adolescents reported as the primary victims
of child abuse, neglect, dependency or risk thereof. Targeted families will
meet criteria for low to moderate risk, with presenting allegations likely to
be a consequence of parent/child conflict, poor parenting, or risky behavior
engagement by the adolescents.
Assessment and Intervention Worker (Social Worker/Counselor I)
Provide assessment, prevention, and crisis intervention through
assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy, and referral) to clients
and families implementing
evidenced-based social work model, DFS Family Keys Training. Must be
flexible to adjust to various work schedules, assignments, and client needs.
Provide after-hours emergency telephone coverage on a rotating basis.
Starting Salary: $35,000.00, based upon education, experience . Full Time with benefits.
